In order to ensure high-quality products and professional services to customers, Dehuien uses professional equipment to make factory inspection tests for modules, mainly testing three aspects: module smoothness detection, module repeatability detection, module noise detection.
The detection process is shown in the following picture
1、Module smoothness detection: the motor torque curve is detected by professional equipment, and the test result: no stuttering
2、Module repeat positioning accuracy detection: through the laser displacement sensor test, the detection result: within ±0.01mm
3、Module noise detection: passed the decibel tester test, the test result: <70 dB
